CHRIS / FOUNDER + PHOTOGRAPHER

Up North Media is led by Chris, a Fraser Valley based real estate photographer and father of two.

What started behind the camera has grown into a full property media service built around one simple idea: make every listing look its best without making it look like something it isn’t.

Chris brings a detail focused approach to every shoot, from composition and natural light through to the final edit. The goal is clean, polished imagery that feels true to the property and helps agents make a strong first impression.

Based in the Fraser Valley, Up North Media works with realtors, builders and property professionals throughout the Lower Mainland and surrounding communities.

BEHIND THE CAMERA

Every property has its own character. The goal is to photograph it in a way that feels considered without making the space feel artificial.

From composition and natural light to the final edited images, each shoot is approached with the same objective: create clean, polished photography that helps the property make a strong first impression.

THE APPROACH

01

COMPOSITION

Spaces are photographed deliberately — balancing architecture, sightlines, scale, and the details that make the property distinct.

02

CONSISTENCY

A complete listing is delivered as a cohesive visual set, with 40 edited images as the standard photography deliverable.

03

PRESENTATION

The final images are built for modern property marketing across listings, social media, print, and agent branding.
